Dr. Spencer D. McCombs, MSPT, DPT, OCS, MTC
Spencer is the owner of McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy. He has been in practice since 2004. He completed his post-graduate Doctoral studies with the Institute of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2008. He completed his Master's degree at Texas Woman's University in 2004. Spencer graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2002. Spencer is board-certified through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in Orthopedics. He is also a certified Manual Therapist through the University of St. Augustine. Spencer specializes in spine and extremity mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, vestibular rehabilitation, and onsite job analysis. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children and serving in his church and community.
Dr. Brittney Redwine, PT, DPT, CKTP, FDNP

Dr. Redwine graduated from Water Valley High School in 2001 and pursued a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas Tech University. After graduating with her Bachelor's degree, she continued her training at Texas Tech University in physical therapy. She graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May 2012 and began working for McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy immediately thereafter. Brittney is currently pursuing a Manual Therapy and Women's Health. Brittney is the site coordinator of the Lubbock clinic. Away from work, Brittney enjoys attending Texas Tech sporting events, spending time with her two nieces and nephew, doing outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking, and listening to live music.
Dr. Paul Clark, PT, DPT, FDNP
Functional Dry Needling Practitioner
Dr. Paul Clark has been working for Mccombs and Associates since 2014. Paul grew up in a small town in Utah, it was here that he fell in love with athletics and developed a passion for the human body. In 2011 he graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors degree in Athletic Therapy. He continued his education in New Hampshire, finishing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Feb 2014. Paul is the site coordinator of the Levelland clinic. Outside of the clinic Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children, camping, and watching college football.
Kristen Voorhees, PTA
Kristen began working with McCombs and Associates in June, 2014. She spent many years working as a full-time mom before returning to school to become a physical therapist assistant. She graduated from South Plains College in 2014, but continues to take courses with plans to further her education. When she isn't working, Kristen loves to be with her husband and five children, she tries to be involved in many of their church and school activities. She also enjoys running and relaxing with a good book.
Chelsea Flack, PTA
Chelsea attended Amarillo High School, graduating in 2008. She then attended Amarillo College and worked full time while pursuing her passion of physical therapy education. In 2009 she transferred to South Plains College and moved to Lubbock, continuing her full time work and school path. In 2012 she received her Associates Degree in Science, and in spring 2013 was accepted into the third running year of the new Physical Therapist Assistant program at SPC. She was elected president of her class, and received PTASA Leadership Awards both years she ran. In May of 2015 she graduated with her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant and won the Vera Sue Spencer Award and Scholarship. She was employed at McCombs and Associates Levelland Clinic immediately following graduation. Chelsea spends her free time with her loving husband and enjoys her hobbies which include yoga, off-roading in her jeep, painting, and her four pets.
Susan, Levelland Office Manager
Susie grew up in Clovis, NM then moved to the great town of Levelland in 1982. She has 13 years of experience in the medical field. Susie has been the office manager for Levelland Physical Therapy since 2007. She greets all the patients at the door, helps to schedule to each person's needs, and helps prepare everything the patient needs before starting therapy. Outside of work Susie has been happily married for 30 years with three girls. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially swimming with her granddaughter.
Tammie, Lubbock Front Office
Tammie has been with McCombs and Associates since February 2012. She loves job sharing with her good friend Marti! She's worked in various capacities at universities, public schools and banks. Tammie is an "Okie" by birth, but has lived not only in spending time with friends, and working with the women's organization of her church. She has identical twin boys, a daughter, raised a niece for 10 years, and has a 19 year old son. She loves her seven grandchildren and thinks they are all absolutely perfect. Her husband is Associate Dean of Communications at Tech and she looks forward to their 33 year tradition of "date night" every Friday night.
Marti, Lubbock Front Office
Marti started with McCombs and Associates as a patient, and now finds herself happily employed in the office. Her past work experience includes sales and marketing, and her organizational and design skills are widely known. Born and raised in Southern California, Marti's favorite place is relaxing on any beach. She and her family moved to Lubbock thirteen years ago when her husband Russ accepted employment in Lubbock. He is a Professor and Extension Vegetable Specialist at Texas A & M AgriLife Research & Extension Center at Lubbock. Marti and Russ have five children and three wonderful grandchildren. Marti enjoys traveling and rarely misses an opportunity to tag along with Russ as he travels across the state and nation.
Anna, Billing Coordinator
Anna started working for McCombs and Assoc. in October 2012. She was born in Idaho, but grew up mostly in Houston. She received her Associate's degree from Ricks College in Rexburg, ID then finished her Bachelor's in Business Administration at Texas Tech. She worked at UMC for 9 years, then became a stay-at-home mom for another 9 years before re-entering the work force as our business office manager. Anna's husband, Lance, is a network engineer for an IT consulting company. They have been married for 21 years and have 2 amazing children. She stays busy taking her kids to piano lessons, tennis & band practice, church & scouts, but in her spare time, she loves reading, watching movies and hanging out with her family & friends. She also enjoys volunteering at church and school and likes to balance her checkbook.
